ETINORE aims to provide a smooth and fair return process for customers.

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons once opened

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers should contact contact@etinore.com with order details and the reason for return. Our team will provide instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
